1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • For same-day delivery, customers are welcome to arrange a pickup or use a third-party delivery service of their choice. Please note that once the order is handed over to a third-party vendor, SNIFFABLE holds no liability for the delivery.

3. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted courier services across Pakistan. Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly with the courier.

5. Delays & Exceptions

SNIFFABLE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Peak season volumes (e.g. Eid, sales events)

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct before confirming your order.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will arrange a replacement subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
