Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at sales.sniffable@gmail.com within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. We'll arrange a replacement.
